MARKETPLACE WAIVER & RELEASE — DailySuite
1. Marketplace role. DailySuite, Inc. ("DailySuite") operates an online marketplace. We are not a party to any booking, lease, or service agreement between hosts and beauty professionals ("Beauty Pros"). We do not own, lease, manage, supervise, or inspect any space, equipment, or service offered.
2. Host responsibilities. Hosts are responsible for the safety, cleanliness, code compliance, licensing, and lawful operation of their spaces; for maintaining property/general liability insurance; for accurately describing the space, access, and house rules; and for complying with all federal, state, and local laws (including zoning, health, fire, and labor laws).
3. Beauty Pro responsibilities. Beauty Pros are responsible for holding all required professional licenses, certifications, and professional liability insurance; for using the space safely and lawfully; for the conduct of their clients; for any damages they or their clients cause; and for compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Assumption of risk. You acknowledge that using shared beauty space involves inherent risks (slips, chemical exposure, equipment failure, theft, illness, conflicts). You assume all such risks.
5. Release. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release DailySuite and its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of your use of the marketplace, any space, or any service obtained through it.
6. Insurance. DailySuite does not provide insurance to hosts or Beauty Pros. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining insurance appropriate to your activities.
7. Disputes. Damage, refund, and conduct disputes are between the host and Beauty Pro. DailySuite may, but is not required to, assist in informal resolution.
8. Updates. We may update this waiver. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
