DailySuite is a marketplace. Hosts and Beauty Pros are responsible for their own property, conduct, insurance, and compliance. Here's how we support a safer booking experience.
Verification
All users start as Unverified. Hosts and Beauty Pros may complete ID verification (powered by Stripe Identity — coming soon) to earn a Verified badge.
- Hosts: Stripe Connect payouts must be enabled before publishing a listing.
- Beauty Pros: ID verification is strongly encouraged before booking.
- Verification reduces fraud and helps both sides feel safer.
Insurance
DailySuite does not provide insurance. Hosts should maintain property and general liability insurance. Beauty Pros should maintain professional liability insurance.
Upload proof from your Account page to earn an Insurance Verified badge once reviewed.
Cancellation & damage (placeholder)
- Cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before start. Final policy to be published before launch.
- Damage disputes are between host and Beauty Pro. Document the space with photos before and after each booking.
- Report serious damage within 24 hours of the booking end so both parties have a record.
Emergencies
- Life-threatening emergencies: call 911 (US) or your local emergency number first.
- Then notify the other party and DailySuite support so we can help coordinate.
- Hosts: keep emergency exit info in your access instructions.
