- Publish at least one listing with 3+ photos, accurate amenities, and clear house rules.
- Set realistic availability — start narrow, expand as bookings come in.
Pricing guide
- Hourly rate: cover utilities + a small premium for flexibility.
- Daily rate: 6–8× hourly, with a discount for longer commitments.
- Weekly/monthly: 20–35% off the daily equivalent to attract steady tenants.
- Use the AI pricing suggestion button on the listing form for a market-aware baseline.
Access instructions best practices
- Include door / keypad code, parking, suite number, Wi-Fi, and any building quirks.
- Add emergency exit and after-hours contact info.
- Keep instructions short, scannable, and updated whenever codes change.
Cleaning checklist
- Sanitize chairs, mirrors, counters, and high-touch surfaces between bookings.
- Restock towels, capes, and disposables.
- Sweep and mop the workspace floor.
- Empty trash and check bathroom supplies.
Insurance resources
- Maintain property and general liability coverage for your space.
- Verify your professional tenants carry their own liability insurance.
- Upload proof of insurance in Account to earn the verified badge.
Damage & emergency protocol
- Document the space with photos before and after each booking.
- Report damage to the Beauty Pro within 24 hours of booking end.
- Keep an emergency contact and exit map visible in the suite.
- For life-threatening situations, call 911 first, then notify DailySuite support.
Marketing tips
- Share your DailySuite listing link on Instagram and Google Business.
- Offer a first-booking discount or weekly bundle to early professionals.
- Collect reviews after each completed booking — they drive new bookings.
